How it works in practice

Guests & access

When a guest rings the door entry, the resident receives a video call directly on the phone. From here the resident can see who is at the door, talk to the person and choose to open – all from the app.

Temporary access

Residents create temporary access codes for tradespeople, cleaning or family members, which automatically expire after use or time. Everything is easily managed in the WelcomeBob app.

Easy to get started

Wireless installation – no access to apartments needed. Choose between purchase or WelcomeBob-as-a-Service with a fixed monthly price, including full service. The WaaS model can be decided directly by the board without a general assembly.
