Get started in 4 steps
From invitation to open door.
1You have been invited
You have received an invitation via email from your administrator.
2Download the app
Follow the link in the email to download the WelcomeBob app to your mobile.
3Create your user
Use the same email to which the invitation was sent.
4You are ready
Open the door, receive calls, and use the intercom directly from the app.

Most challenges are solved with these quick checks.
- Update the app to the latest version
- Check that notifications are turned on
- Check your internet connection
- Close the app completely and open it again
- Log out and log in again
- Restart your phone
