We at WelcomeBob are proud to have been chosen by Frederiksberg Boligfond to deliver new, modern door phones across the foundation's properties.
It is an important milestone for us and an assignment we look forward to delivering in close collaboration with Frederiksberg Boligfond.
In Frederiksberg Boligfond's newsletter of 14 October 2026, the foundation announces its decision to modernise the existing door phone and access systems with WelcomeBob as supplier.
An important step towards the access solutions of the future
Frederiksberg Boligfond faces a modernisation of its current door phones and lock systems, which vary from property to property.
With WelcomeBob, the ambition is to create a more uniform, flexible and digital access solution across the properties.
The rollout begins in Den Sønderjyske By and continues according to plan to the foundation's other properties.
For WelcomeBob, the project is about more than replacing existing door phones. It is about making everyday life easier for residents and at the same time giving the housing organisation a modern solution for housing associations that supports the needs of the future.
